Beginner Lindy

• What’s the course on?
We will learn the basics of 6 counts, including connection, posture, how to lead clearly as a leader, how to move and interpret signals from the lead as a follower, some Charleston, and more!

• Is it for me?
For people who have never danced before, or have taken open classes at our social dancing.
For beginners who took a beginner course before and want to have a stronger foundation. We’ve received positive feedbacks from people who took beginner class twice.

• How much is it?
400 Baht/hour

Intermediate Lindy I:

• What’s the course on?
We will be focusing on 8-counts in this course! How to shift from 6 counts to 8 counts, How to play around with 8 count swing-out variations and some standard but cool moves!

• Is it for me?
For beginners who have taken at least one beginner course (either from another school or from The Hop).

• How much is it?
400 Baht/hour

Intermediate Lindy II:

• What’s the course on?
We will build on the technical side of swing, going into details of your lead and follow beyond the simple term of “connection”. We’ll do a series of moves, styling, and if time allows, some partial choreography!

• Is it for me?
For intermediates who have taken my intermediate I class before, feel very comfortable with 8 counts, and dance for 6 months or more.
If you’re interested in joining Lindy Intermediate II, please ask Oat so that he can confirm if this course suits you.

• How much is it?
400 Baht/hour

The Big Apple Routine:

• What’s the course on?
We will learn one of the most famous Lindy Hop routines that is danced all around the word – The Big Apple!

•Is it for me?
This is an intermediate Lindy II level, so will require at least 6 months of dancing and experience with of jazz steps (such as Suzzie Q, fall-off-the-log, kick-ball-changes, etc). This will be challenging and exciting at the same time!

• How much is it?
400 Baht/hour
